I waited far too long to get one of these. I had read other reviews about how badly it was but dismissed most because rather than give a deep review of just how it under performed they were mostly anger filled rants and I don't have time for those. I decided to go to the My Pillow website and check them out since they have so many different fills and sizes and on Amazon they don't have any way of helping you find the one the is right for you. On the My Pillow web site there is a 5 or so question survey you take to find out what type of pillow is best for you. I thought, 'They can't be serious, this short questionnaire is going to determine the right pillow for me?' So I filled it out and it said I needed the firm fill, 'FIRM FILL?! are they kidding!?' Firm pillows have never been comfortable for me. So, I decided maybe this pillow wasn't for me and let it go. A few days later I went back to the site and read more of the information on the pillows they provide again and took the same short survey with the same result (I wasn't expecting a different answer btw) but this time the idea was growing on me. I went back and read a lot of the 4 and 5 star reviews on Amazon and I began to feel that this may be something that could work out. I had planned to buy it from Amazon so if it didn't work out returning it would be fast and easy.BE READY! when it arrives it is rolled up tight like a sleeping bag and once opened it is FLAT. I thought, 'WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!?', BUT there is a set of instructions that tells you to put it in the dryer for 15 minutes to fluff it up. I thought, "Fluff it up!?, I toss pillows when they look like this!" GRRRRRRR, So I put it in the dryer and son-of-a-gun it was fluffed up 100%. OK I was impressed and my frustration was quelled a bit. ONE THING TO ALSO NOTE, there is a strong manufactured smell to it. I washed mine twice and dried it several times over two days but the smell just doesn't fade very quickly. I left it in another room for about 5 days before the smell was gone enough to be use-able so be ready for a bit of a wait.After all of that this pillow actually worked out PERFECTLY! I had serious reservations about a firm pillow being comfortable but because of the fill, which are unique foam pieces, there is plenty of 'give' when I rest my head but my head never sinks into the pillow deeply, it stays right where it needs to be all night. I sleep better and longer, get more rest and do wake up with no neck stiffness.Before buying off Amazon I recommend going to the My Pillow website and taking the short questionnaire, it helped me a lot in deciding what was the right fill for me and also keep in mind that items like pillow types are not universally good for everyone. What works for one person may not for another.

This was a gift for my 11yr old grandson. He said his pillow was flat.It was his bday present. He loved it.I was a little disappointed in the fact it was smaller than the regular adult one. But he loved it and that is all that matters. Good product.

Always look for products made in America, and this product quality is very good. Not firm or soft and gives good support. The fiber filling is some what lumpy, but comfortable. When sleeping you don’t notice it, will buy again from this company.

Loved my My Pillow for years but was time to replace it. The new one is not stuffed as well. And, not as comfortable.

I bought this pillow thinking it was gonna be like or similar to the one my boyfriend has/ I’ve been having neck problems bc I haven’t been able to find the right pillow and when I use his I’m comfortable and it doesn’t hurt my neck. When I received mine I did as it said and it was fine the first night but then it just kept getting worse. The stuffy is so lumpy and not comfortable at all. I thought I’d put it back in the dryer to loosen the stuffing up and it worked for maybe a couple mins then it deflated back to its normal state. I don’t recommend this pillow if you’re looking for something comfortable and for neck pain.

First, this is not politically motivated, as I am more conservative than not. I just don't like this pillow. Got it for Christmas. It is lumpy. Like there are small round lumps of foam or something that is relatively firm. Like little things the size of walnuts perhaps and you put your head on all this round slightly soft things. I would take a down pillow over this anyday. It is usable, but just barely.

Two of my granddaughters spent the night with us recently. When they went home, I was making up their bed in the guest room and I noticed the pillows were not in very good shape. I already had two My Pillows® on my bed, so I decided to replace the two on the bed in the spare room. Waiting to see what my grandkids think of the update.

This pillow has definitely surprised me! It is so fluffy and comfortable. I've been using it for weeks and it puffs right up just by fluffing it a bit. So comfortable, supportive, it's just great. I can't picture it going flat any time soon. The filling is different, a bit lumpy but I got used to it quickly. I highly recommend!

Approximately 11 years ago, as age crept in, my wife and I went on a long and expensive journey to find a good pillow. After a boat load of failures we finally found "Mypillow." For over 10 years, wash after wash these pillows have never underperformed and as far as durability they still look and feel like new. Now to my point, I just upgraded from queensize to kingsize and all I can say is WOW! Throw them in the dryer when you unpackage them for 15 to 20 minutes and BOOM two gigantic marshmallow clouds. I freaking love mypillows as does my wife and I can't wait to go to bed tonight.ðŸ˜

I have fairly severe neck problems after getting whiplash over a year ago and I have arthritis in my neck now. Two cervical vertabrae began to spontaneously fuse three decades ago. Radiating pain after the whiplash can cause such headaches that I can feel like I have been punched in the head several times. I couldn't take it anymore. Even prescription strength anti-inflammatory gel can't take the pain away completely. My pillows were not helping one iota.So, I thought I might as well try this. I saw the television ads and had been thinking about it for some time, but could not afford it. When I saw the king size classic was $70, I jumped at the chance. I am not disappointed! I put it in the dryer for about 18 minutes after I unrolled it. Now, I just fluff it up again before bed and if I wake up for whatever reason if it needs it. If I need more neck support, I press my fist into whatever area I want my head to be and leave a ridge of extra filling for my neck. The first night I pressed it down a lot in the middle and it came up a little against my ears on both sides which kept my head from moving around. I actually slept on my back which is unusual for me. I have sleep disorders (insomnia, ocassional parasomnia and obstructive sleep apnea) so I still wake up, but it's much easier to get back to sleep and I don't toss and turn as often. It also makes my sleep apnea mask for my CPAP machine more comfortable (I use a nasal one, but not the nostril pillow type).Nothing will completely take my pain away, but this pillow (medium fill) is like a giant marshmallow! At least I have some relief. Now all I need is a new medium-plush foam mattress for my messed up back and other subluxating joints! I just hope I don't dream of eating a marshmellow one night and wake up with my Mypillow missing! LOL

I love these pillows...Had a sad neck pain for years tried all sorts of pillows...Bamboo..latex...memoryFirst night sleep No Problem and none since :)Thankyou My Pillow I will definately recommend..
