Strong and durable, the RTJ Hook has a Working Load Limit of 4,800 lbs and is coated in Grade 70 gold chrome, protecting them in all types of weather conditions. Each Hook Has It's Own Application:
R-Hook
- R-Hooks are designed to slide into small/oblong holes in the vehicle's under-carriage.
- Slide and twist the R-Hook into place for a secure bite!
- The R-Hook is the most secure way to transport a vehicle on your carrier, trailer, or flatbed.
- R-Hooks are made for Ford models!
T-Hook
- T-Hooks are designed to fit into oblong holes in the vehicle's undercarriage.
- Drop and twist to lock the T-Hook in place! The T-Hook fits in all of the same frame holes as the R hook.
- T-Hooks are made for GM/Chrysler models!
Mini J-Hook
- Mini J-Hooks are the most common of the cluster.
- Designed to hook into the undercarriage's smaller holes for extra security!
- The Mini-J hook is a fast and easy way to attach the cluster to most import vehicles with front tow loops.
- J-Hooks are made for Foreign (Toyota/Honda/etc.) models!

I bought these at a recommendation of a retired tow truck driving friend to my daughters rig from Utah to Oregon on our flatbed truck. It’s certainly helped lock her car down to the bed and made it much more secure hall.

Bought these to better secure my antique tractor when hauling. I use the J-hooks and connect them into holes in the frame.

"Better" then appear in picture, chain link is strong, good weight to them, comparing weight, color, appearance very similar to auto body pulling clamps. Ok let's get rugged on a budget if you own a Corvette, or other car without pinch welds to clamp down car for a "light to light medium" frame pull, perhaps some people ðŸ˜, might use these in the underbody reinforced jack puck holes 😉, chain to a rack, tree, forklift, etc, and if real rugged maybe then a heavy winch, truck, jeep, forklift, chain block, could pull a basic sway, light mash, etc, within ratings of course, at own risk, legal etc, etc. ðŸ˜

There aren't many pictures on this product listing, so I wasn't sure of the quality, but these are heavy duty hooks and give you the flexibility of connecting to different types of vehicles.
