This is a very high quality piece of equipment. I intentionally bought something high-end because i was tired of being frustrated with cheap machines. This machine is very well made and very easy to use.

I do mobile detailing for a liveing. Bought this machine did some research before buying. Will totaly recommend. Just add warm water to it and will work like a champ. Love it

Great extractor. I use Chemical Guys Fabric Clean and Lightning Fast with a DA polisher and upholstery brush to loosen and agitate dirt and this sucks it right up.

Hose broke on the first day here at my shop. Greatly disappointed. I would have sent the entire thing back but I cannot find the box for the life of me. I was using my "ol faithful" wet shop vac. I sprung extra so I could show my employees to use hot water to refill the extractor (thinking I could save money). Stuck with a 600$ paperweight. I thought these guys seemed "legit based of their reviews and customer feedback and somewhat funny/interesting low quality YouTube videos. I definitely would not recommend this item for anyone.

Seriously? I did not know I was buying a toy! This machine has some, mild suction and the sprayer works whenever it feels like it. It does not appear to defective - its just how it "works". Nothing bad to say about seller. Machine arrived in perfect condition and on time. However - Mytee is a whimp!I have to eat my words. After getting help from the seller, the product appears to work as advertised. It does not hold very much liquid and only lasts for about 10 minutes, before a refill, but it does work.

Recieved a unit that was not working propery. I recieved a phone call from Joe, the owner, and he offered to send me a new one. After discussing some possible problems I was able to easily fix the unit. Thank you for the great customer service! I would buy again in a heartbeat.

I think it could have used a better option for the solution tank. Maybe some kind of cover on it. Draining a little ball valve would have been a cleaner option instead of getting the dirty waste water all over. But it works good otherwise.
