Works perfect when you install it the correct way.. used everything in the box and it helped my cv axel from being tore up with a 3.5†lift. Installed on 2017 Sierra Z71. You will need to cut some of the subframe for the diff to drop low enough. Super easy

The hardware was all there and appears to be of high quality. It is what I ordered and that's why I gave it 5 stars now that being said on a 2011 gmc sierra 1500 with 3.75in rough country lift struts and upper control arms it's important to know this kit is for the diff mounts to frame connection and not diff to diff mount they fit great but be prepared to cut cross member mount itself as well as a section of cross member on driver side or the diff will hit and you won't be able to get the spacers in. Also it was necessary for me to cut the strut mount bolt shorter at the lower control arm because the cv axle was sitting on it. Be prepared to do some work for this install YouTube lied about how simple this was for sure lol

I have a 2011 Silverado 1500. When using this kit the diff. lowers done to much and hits the cross member.

In response to the diff hitting the cross member. All the lift kits that come with drop spacers state that you must notch the cross member. The Rough country 3 inch lift kit has detailed instructions and video on how and where to measure and notch the cross member as well as trimming one of the fins on the diff. If you look up the lift kit on their website it's in the instructions link near the description. You tube also has videos on the rough country lift kit that shows how to cut out the notch.

Great kit for smart real mechanics.. typical home owners leave wrong reviews cause they don't understand what they are doing. Fit 100% and worked for 2 to 3 inch lift 100%. Follow rough county lift installation.. cut cross member to reinstall it. Only for 4x4 four wheel drive.
