Very solid built and the finish appears to be a powder coated type paint. Bought these to mount spotlights on my Yamaha V Star 650 Classic. Clamped these to the stock turn signal bar, then used some 1†x 1/8†aluminum stock to make a mounting tab so as to set the spotlights back and to the side of the headlight. Used a stainless steel Allen head bolt in the mirror mounting hole, The thread is metric M10 x 1.25. Only wished they were available in a chrome finish, but look fine as they are.

work as advertised. Just be sure you're getting the correct size for your mirrors. The mirrors I bought had 3 sets of hardware in 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm but yours may not.

Looked at some others to mount a mirror and light on my ebike and these are much sturdier.Used these when I put a set of BMX bars on my bike, been using it that way for 3 months with no problems.
