This brand of containers is great. I've purchased other Nalgene bottles/containers in the past as they are leak proof as advertised. I purchased this bottle to hold rubbing alcohol and it did not leak while in my suitcase.

Is it worth more than $5? No. Does it do the job and is airtight/durable? Yeah I'd say so, it's not a hard plastic it's a little bit soft but strong feeling. The cap is great and it's the perfect size for my lube!

Bottle is thin and squishy feeling, which isn't a surprise for the price. The lid is a flip-top meant for squeezing liquid out, which isn't what I wanted. It would have been nice if the product description had mentioned it.

I have tried other travel bottles and some products always leak, no matter how tightly I close the cap. These are great. No need to put a safety layer of cling wrap over the top or even store it in a plastic bag 'just in case'. terrific little bottles.2021 update: Still work perfectly!

These are solid. I tried dozens of containers, but these are the most durable. I use the to carry olive oil when I go backpacking. I'm considering getting a bigger one for whisky too. They absolutely do not leak and are lightweight: truly backcountry-worthy.

Kind of disappointing to order this, and received it without the cap. I ended up keeping it, because I have the 8oz version as well to carry alcohol for my camp stove. I am just going to rotate the cap depending on which bottle I take on which trip. Still pretty disappointing

Great for holding liquids when backpacking. They're a little heavy compared to other alternatives but so far they're the only fuel bottle I've used that has never leaked. So, I'll deal with a tiny bit more weight for the security of no leaks.

Invece di buttare via ogni giorno una bottiglietta usa e getta oppure un brick di tetrapack, posso riempire questa bottiglia col mio succo preferito. Il succo costa meno nella confezione da litro piuttosto che nelle confezioni piccole e multiple. Quindi non inquino e risparmio notevolmente. Ottimo!

Wir haben diese Flaschen (so wie andere Nalgene "Kleinflaschen") ursprünglich für Trekkingtouren gekauft und darin die verschiedensten Flüssigen und festen Produkte transportiert.Angefangen von Salz, gekörnter Brühe und Kaffe-/oder Milchpulver bis hin zu dick und auch dünnflüssigem (Olivenöl, Sonnenblumenöl, Reiniger, Spiritus, medizischer Alkohol) haben wir damit schon alles transportiert.Es ist bisher trotz rauhem gebrauch im Rucksack (drücken, quetschen usw.) nie etwas kaputt gegangen oder undicht geworden.Kritisch ist bei Kunststoff oft auch der gebraucht bei tiefen Temperaturen (-15°C)....auch hier-> kein Problem. nix gerissen, nix spröde geworden usw.Ausgießen geht mit diesen Flaschen generell so gut wie das mit Flaschen nunmal geht; es kleckert nicht besonders, aber der letzte Tropfen bleibt am Gewinde....absolut normal eben...Mittlerweile nehmen wir die Flaschen auch für diverse andere Dinge in Küche, Haushalt, Werkstatt usw.Von uns absolute Kaufempfehlung !
