The product is nice and has a clean finish. Yet the shipping was problematic. The product was shipped by DHL . After a long time trying to track the shipment we called DHL to found out that it was given to Canada post which kept it for one week . To my surprise, Canada post charged us another $25 for shipping!!

J’ai commandé cette épinglette pour identifierLe sarrau de ma fille. Visiblement, le caractère « é » n’était pas disponible. Détail important à mentionner. L’item est inutile!!! Je dois refaire la démarche à la dernière minute!!! Pourtant, la commande aura était fait avec tous les caractères. Je suis extrêmement déçue, c’était un cadeau pour souligner l’entrée de ma fille au collège
