Love this system. It gives me peace of mind and the specialized notifications are a huge help. Install was quick and easy. The app is easy to use and navigate. The picture is clear and I love the night vision that doesn't need a light that could wake up my son.

I originally purchased the Owlet- and ended up returning it within 2 days. I ordered the Nanit the first night with the Owlet and was immediately impressed!The camera was easy to set up, easy to install, the cord hider actually sticks to the wall, and the camera is phenomenal.Unlike the Owlet that has a sensory directly on your baby's foot, the Nanit has a simple breathing pattern that can go on via band or sleepsack (or even PJs! How cool). We transferred our baby into her room on Night 1 with the Nanit using a sleepsack. She stayed warm all night long, the camera notified us properly for crying/sound/movement, the breathing monitoring never glitched or stopped throughout the night, and no false alarms!I LOVE how the app has background listening where you can close the app and still monitor your baby. I lock my phone at night, but can still hear the monitor! I have woken up to my baby every time she has made a noise thanks to this feature.The sleep analytics are AWESOME. I love seeing the sleep onset, how long my baby slept, when she received help, when she was removed from the crib, etc. The owlet would record my baby as sleeping despite her sitting in her crib playing- which was not helpful.I have only good things to say about this camera and it gives me way more peace of mind than the owlet did. My baby loves sleeping in her crib- and I can sleep peacefully knowing she's monitored. 10/10! I will absolutely be buying another one for my next baby.

This has made sleeping at night so much more comfortable. The quality is amazing and it has such a good view of the crib. I love that I can see everything. I definitely recommend

If you've got more money than sense, this is a simple baby monitor that promises you plenty of features and delivers on very few. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for basic features, and especially if you're looking for stability and reliability.This product, and indeed the company that sells it, is designed to separate first time parents from their money by selling peace of mind in convenient add-on packages. Everything is designed to nickle-and-dime you for each potential feature, including all of the features they promise in the description. It is very unclear that this is the case until you actually install and use the app. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that you will only be buying this product as an introductory charge -- It costs $300/year extra to store videos for 7 days. The most basic features are pay-gated behind nonsense fees. The package you get for buying this overpriced monitor only lasts a few months, and then all of your features get disabled if you don't fork up another payment.Want sleep tracking? Pay extra. This barely works, by the way. The Nanit app says the baby's fast asleep even if they aren't even in the crib.Want breathing tracking? Pay extra. Also it only works with their specific Nanit-brand clothing.Activity tracking? Pay extra.How about the Day Dashboard? Well, that's included as long as you use the wall mount. If you found the wall mounting sub-par and vaguely unsafe like a lot of these reviewers, you'd probably be better off buying the Multi Stand (which of course costs extra) to replace the wall-mount, and safely placing it out of the baby's reach. If you've changed mounting stands, the Day Dashboard feature is not available anymore, even if it's mounted at an identical location and orientation.There's an online portal so you can view your cameras in a browser, but it does not work 80% of the time and will present you with a loading screen. It will also kick you out every few hours and enforce a new MFA log-in using your phone, completely nullifying the benefit of this feature.The physical design of the the wall mount is a cheap cable-hider and a wall-attaching head unit with a chip in it to tell the camera you bought the stand and not one of their significantly cheaper (and more reliable) competitors. It's flimsy, and eager to fall apart at a moment's notice. The camera head isn't attached by anything substantial, just two prongs and a USB C power connector. It will fall off frequently if you don't tape it on with electrical tape. The camera has no batteries, and will fail the moment the head unit is disconnected from a power source, which will frequently happen due to small vibrations.So what exactly are you paying for? A half-working baby monitor and the privilege to buy additional add-ons for each of the features they list in the description. The company would be happy to send you marketing on all of their products, and some of the easily-searchable tips on baby care for free though!If you purchased the monitor ahead of the baby's birth, you cannot return it. Stylish paperweight, though.

Literally the most amazing camera, will let me know all activity , logs memories, gives tips on growing babies and reads room temperature which is so important in winter months!! I just had my second baby and the app provides a split screen so I can monitor both children at once! Also you can hear while phone is locked/ on other apps!

It’s great to be able to tune in and see our little ones even when we are out of the house. We have been using this camera for almost two years now. Almost no issues. There have been a couple times it fell off of our WiFi and needed to be power cycled to reset. Otherwise it has been rock solid.My wife likes to look in on the baby while we are out on dates to make sure everything is ok. I enjoy using the PiP function to have the video feed up on my iPad during international flights while I’m doing work. (Yes it works to stream over airplane WiFi).We have also enjoyed the AI features that tell us when she fell asleep and woke up during the night. We highly recommend it.

This baby monitor is worth every penny. The insights are incredible, the video quality is great, and I love the notifications we receive that are very timely and accurate regarding our baby’s development. So happy we chose nanit!

Bought after trying a few other cameras. The Nanit gives me peace of mind when baby is in her bassinet. Having her wear the band to monitor her breathing is amazing for the anxious FTM.

I didn’t realize how many basic features are paywalled behind the insights subscription. E.g. telling you how long your kid slept. Without the subscription it becomes a very basic yet expensive baby monitor.

This is by far the best monitor we’ve ever used. It is pretty expensive but absolutely worth it. I wish I would have bought it sooner!The sound comes through crystal clear which is great for when baby wakes up. It took about 5 minutes to put together and set up which is super quick and easy! This camera never loses connection or has to buffer which is awesome in comparison to our travel one. I took a screenshot of what the camera looks like when watching on a phone to show the clarity. Hope this helps!!!
