My cats like to watch and paw at these. They have a tendency to wander underneath furniture so I got a semi-covered track (another cat toy) for these to loop in and they actually live up to the hype. They really do self correct if they tip over and can follow bends no problem. They don't work on rugs/carpet at all if that applies to you. Oh, and they're whisper quiet so my one cat that is a chicken isn't scared by them at all.

I gave this 4 stars only because one of the “ bugs†didn’t work and the whole package needed to be sent back for a return:( these are cute and fun. I got them for my dogs who love bugs. They sound like quiet little beetles buzzing around on a hardwood floor. They are dilute me because my dogs scoop them up and flip them! Perfect size to mimic what I needed.

Although my cats were a little scared of the Hexbugs at first, they really enjoy batting the bugs around. The Hexbugs take a beating but keep on moving… quite an ingenious design!

My cats love these little bugs unfortunately the bugs like to go under the stove and fridge etc so I've lost a few but for the most part it's worth it just to watch the cats chase the Little bugs. I've had to buy a few packages so far and the batteries wear out pretty quick but are able to be replaced.
