Installation and Operating:
Preparation
The assembly of all calibration shall meet the maximum flow requirement.
Please clean the port and fitting before installation, it will effectively avoid bringing dust to the air path.
Pay attention to the direction of airflow and the arrow pointing on product body if correct, minding port and thread size if match.
Pressure Adjustment
Pull up the knob of the pressure gauge, rotate:
If you do clockwise rotation, the pressure will rise steadily. Pressure will down when you rotate counterclockwise.
Stop turning after reaching the required index and lock down the knob,forget this step you may face leakage problem.
Dial Reading
Make sure that the pressure gauge is tightly installed on the main body and pay attention to whether the reading rises and falls smoothly while adjusting pressure.
Installation and Operating:
Manual Drainage
The high-strength zinc alloy body＆guard makes the product more stable, safer, and longer service life during use.
Using manual drainage, you can manually drain the water in the filter cup, easy to operate. When the water level is beyond the upper limit, drainage is necessary, otherwise that will cause poor dehumidification.
Oil Adjustment
Rotate the needle valve in the “+” direction to increase the oil absorption speed, and it will slow down or stop when you rotate to the “-” direction.
Refueling
Rotates refueling screw clockwise, the oil you add should not exceed 80% of the bowl. After refueling, please tighten the refueling screw.

This is a medium grade filter/ regulator/ lubricator. It gets the job done but there are a few quirks you'll need to contend with. At first glance, it appears everything is included. There is the FRL (filter, regulator, lubricator) itself, a decent pressure gauge, a quick disconnect setup (male and female), a few NPT couplers and plugs, a mounting plate and a roll of Teflon tape. Unfortunately, as soon as you begin assembly you will realize the QD coupler and plug are both made out of plastic. Next you will find that the brass NPT fittings (the plugs and the couplers) are both undersize and will not tighten in the FRL body at all. The supplied mounting plate and screws fit well once you remove one of the blue plastic filler panels snapped on to the FRL. There are no instructions to tell you this.After assembling the unit with my own plugs, couplers and quick disconnect I applied air at 120 PSI. The regulator knob moved the pressure up and down as expected, however, at about 75 PSI the regulator began leaking internally. As I raised the pressure to about 100 PSI the leak began to seal itself. It remained quiet until I lowered the pressure to under 50 PSI and then began moving the pressure up. Again, at 75 PSI I could hear the leak again. Again, the hissing stopped at about 100 PSI. Weird. I repeated this several times.The filter cup and the lubricator cup are both plastic. My experience is the plastic will be fine for a while but it will develop a crack at some point and the FRL will be unusable. The filter is self draining and that feature seems to work OK when the pressure is lowered.

Connected it all up and instantly oil was spewing out of every hole and the oil adjustment knob. Would stay away and buy elsewhere

Nice unit, works great. Just wish it had a couple better ways if mounting it.

Oiler leaks out thr adjuster emptys the cup in one day .tried replacing the oringds but didn't help.

Would not recommend. Installed and was leaking out of the body of the regulator
