Installation and Operating:
Preparation
The assembly of all calibration shall meet the maximum flow requirement.
Please clean the port and fitting before installation, it will effectively avoid bring dust to the air path.
Pay attention to direction of air flow and arrow pointing on product body if correct, minding port and thread size if match.
Pressure Adjustment
Pull up the knob of pressure gauge, rotate:
If you do clockwise rotation, pressure will rise steadily.Pressure will down when you rotate counterclockwise.
Stop turning after reaching the required index and lock down the knob,forget this step you may face leakage problem.
Dial Reading
Make sure that the pressure gauge is tightly installed on the main body, and pay attention to whether the reading rises and falls smoothly while adjusting pressure.
Manual Drainage
With manual drainage, you can manually drain the water in the filter cup, which is easy to operate. When the water level exceeds the upper limit, drainage must be performed, otherwise it will cause poor dehumidification. Pay attention to the arrow at the drain switch: ↑ is to close the drainage, at this time the drain head cannot exhaust and drain water. ↓ is to open the drainage, at this time the drain head is exhaust and drain continuously.

I've purchased from this company before and their products are great and the shipping is fast. This regulator is a little different from the last one I bought in that it also includes the filter. I really just needed the gauge since I had a brain fart and didn't make sure the regulator was firmly secured in the air supply before turning on the air. I turned on the air and the regulator went flying, landing squarely on the gauge and shattering it. Lesson learned and now I have a backup.

Overall this is a good product, but the scale on the pressure gauge is really dumb. Each of the ten tick marks between 75 and 100 psi is 2.5 psi. There is only one major tick mark between 75 and 100, making it 87.5 psi.

My pancake compressor stopped holding air and it turned out the regulator was bad. I couldn’t find replacement parts for it so I went this route which also added a moisture separator. I think it was a good option and the price was right.
