Purchased these to make homemade vanilla, cinnamon, MCT, butter coffee bombs because my favorite brand is always sold out. Initially, I thought these would be too small, because the ones I buy are about the size of a quarter (circle) x .5", but these turned out to be the perfect size. And I have 100 of them, so I guess I'll be making my own for a while. I rated these for what I use them for, and how well they keep in the freezer.The size of each cavity is about a nickel-sized round x .5 inch tall. There is room at the top for when you pour wax melts, I just don't utilize that part. They shut nice and snug, also, and the surface is crystal clear - if you use clear labels.

I bought a pack earlier this year and they worked like a charm. So I bought 3 mire packs. All 300 of them were defective and I cannot use them. The 1st pack had a little indent that made it easier to open. These don't, and even my dad has a hard time opening them. I don't expect the elderly people to be able to open them. Apparently I can't return them because it's been more than 30 days. So I have no idea what to do with them. Loss of money

The lids wont stay closed. They pop open as soon as you close them. I've tried to work around it but there's no use. They won't stay closed. I've bought from this company in the past and they worked great.I hate to say it but these are a complete bust!

Highly recommend the value for the amount of shells you get is great. Be sure to pour a few degrees lower than typical and you should be fine! Makes for neat product packaging.

did not come with the heart containers to transfer into the plastic, and I did not get a refund as it was lost in transit. is pictured with 6 cavity holders for hearts for you to transfer into the plastic as it would melt, it didn't come with these. I issued a refund and never got one. As it got lost somewhere in the mail.... lucky me!

Shells do not stay closed with or without adding wax in them. I even cut the lid and base apart from each other and they still hardly stay closed. Only bought these ones as my previous ones were unavailable, wasted time and products using these. Thankfully Amazon issued a refund!
