I got a two pack and the shape(s) of the driftwood are quite nice. One of them is a great piece for the terrarium I'm working on. The other is a bit small so I ended up doing a stack to make them appear as one big piece of wood.I'm not sure they're large enough for the current price point but they're uniquely shaped and a lovely color.

Turned my aquarium so brown that I spent a full day cleaning chunks of broken down wood off the bottom.I'm done fighting it. I have used purigen, weekly water changes. Delt with it for 1 month. All that after soaking and boiling for 3 days. My water is like black tea. Terrible product.

Granted no driftwood are alike or close resemblance to the photo shown, what I received were 3 nice pieces with roughly the same measurements in the description. With the 15% discount coupon, it is even a better deal.

Having real wood in freshwater aquarium is almost mandatory nowadays, especially for a natural habitat and really beautiful overall aesthetic. I usually love really branchy pieces, like manzanita, or spider wood, but it's always good to have a nice variety for different shapes and sizes for the fish to hide under or in. This pieces are great size, and the shapes are all unique.✅ SIZE: these are considerably labeled as being "large", but depending on the size of your tank, i personally would have to call these "medium" sized pieces. they both measured at right around a foot in length and roughly 4"-5" inches in height when laying down flat. the shapes do create interesting shadows and silhouettes in the water, and there are more flat surfaces on the pieces than anything else. so these would be wonderful for attaching plants, like anubias or ferns.⌠STILL SOAK IN WATER BEFORE USING IN YOUR TANK: even though these pieces claim that they are already treated to sink immediately, and that they don't float or need any time to become water logged, i would still very highly recommend to allow these to soak in water for several hours or even several days. although, these do sink right away, which is great, they are absolutely filled with tannins still and after just half an hour of sitting in water, the water was a deep, foggy, and odd-looking brown. so, unless the look of tannins is what you're going for, i would definitely allow these to soak and sit in water, otherwise you will be doing repetitive water changes to rid of the color and tannins.✴ OVERALL RATING: âââââ FIVE STARS! ————————————————♡》》》 IN SUMMARY: these pieces are great! they are a nice size, and the shapes are all unique and useable for multiple varieties of aquascape. the amount of flat surface area on the pieces are great for attaching plants. it's awesome that they are pretreated and are able to sink immediately, so there is no wait or boiling wood to make them sink, however, unless you don't mind a large amount of tannins in your water column, they do need to be soaked for several hours. but that is no different from any other piece of wood that you'd typically get for your aquarium. getting a couple of this size and a few smaller pieces would be a complete aquascape ♡

Very bland pieces, just two “logs†really. Could never get it water logged enough to actually sink. Kept submerged in a bucket for 3 days but it would still float.

These 3 driftwood pieces are very interesting and a good variety of shapes and sizes. I know each lot will be somewhat different of course, but hopefully you would get comparable ones. There are a few flaws however, 2 of the pieces have rough/torn looking areas and one has some white residue. Another almost looks like it was burned but I have no idea if these were treated or just found like this. I’m using these for some terrariums but if I was putting these in a fish tank I may worry about that stuff. But since I don’t know for sure I won’t take off more than one star.

These 3 pieces of driftwood came quickly. They are dense and heavy for their size. The 3 shapes I got are wonderful and are really going to be a great addition to the tank when I do a total redesign soon.
