I bought these to serve as the warmers in the teapot-warmer that I purchased recently. I am most pleased with my choice. In addition to being excellent tealight candles in the first place, they are well suited to being in a teapot-warmer : their compact size and slow burning wicks being nice features for that purpose. In regards to their qualities specific to candles in general: they light easily, burn cleanly, and have a subtle smell that is pleasant and not overbearing : all of the above means that I recommend these specific tealight candles for any use that you might require them for.

Beeswax has a fresh scent, not like the paraffin based tea lights which smoke, and smell somewhat of burning petroleum. They are well worth the money, the first which burned lower toward the end but still lasted 6+ hours.
