My dog has been sprayed by a skunk three times - the first time I used the peroxide mixture treatment which work moderately. I purchased this item using it the past two times on my dog and no smell - you have to remember not to wash the dog first - spray and follow directions first and the smell is gone. This product worked so well I purchased one for my daughter to use on their dog. I recommend this product.

Skunk odor is hard to disguise and this does a so-so job of it. Not sure I'll buy it again. i think I will dispose of the critter in a different way next time.

Works well, helped to de-smell two dogs and the couches, carpet and beds they rubbed themselves on in the 2 minutes it took me to realize what had happened.

Had a freshly skunked dog overnight in our guest bathroom (because what else do you do when the garage and the basement aren't good options). Used this the next day, and it's like it never happened, pretty much within an hour of using it. This stuff is seriously effective.

My standard labradoodle wiped her just skunked muzzle up and down the back of my fabric couch before I could grab her. This product got the smell out!!! I also used the product in my car - worked there a well.

Y'all .. my dog came in at 2:00 a.m. after freshly being heavily sprayed by a skunk and rolled under my bed. It was a traumatic experience! LOL. I washed her quickly and Dawn peroxide and baking soda as I found recommended online that really took maybe 70% away but what remained was stubborn and near her face. I bought another product that I could use to wash near her eyes and used this cleaner to scrub the bathroom (and used the. comet cleaner,baking soda and Dawn) And used this to clean the carpet under the bed again. It's a process! It's about 90% gone but I think the rest just has to wear off. This cleaner did help.
