Bought this item on March 2nd and here it is April 29th and I noticed the bottom light quit working and the top light only has red, waterfall still works, I only turn it on for 2 hours a day, so tell me why the lights quit working? Beautiful product easy to put together but definitely not worth the price I paid just to have a red light and waterfall, I still used to to hear the sound of the water but Miss the color light show and there's no way of replacing the bulb, very disappointed

I wanted to love this, but I noticed some cosmetic defects right out of the box. After setting it up and pouring enough water and it I also noticed that the water splashes literally everywhere. This is less relaxing and more of an electrical hazard for me. The water splashed all behind my table into the water sockets. Additionally, I was given the impression that this was something that could remain running, the instructions clearly states that it cannot be plugged in for more than 48 hours without risking the pump, malfunctioning permanently and blowing out. If you’re only going to use it for about an hour at a time that sounds great, but you still have to clean up a big water mess.

Nice little fountain but the LED colors die quickly. The red light is the only one in the rotation that still works and I haven’t even had it a full month.Update: stopped working well after maybe 2 months. Tried it tonight and the motor started making a loud whining noise. Was really nice for the first couple of weeks but quality went down really fast.

When I first turned it on it was louder than I like but once I put some of the rocks under the falling water it’s much more relaxing. Love it.

I purchased the Waterfall tabletop water fountain on Mar. 4. It was easy to assemble and it worked very well. However the motor stopped working on April. 15. I realized that the return deadline was April 6, but I tried calling the company, Nature's Mark on April 17th. They wanted a video of the fountain which I found impossible to send through WeTransfer. I tried to send it through email as an attachment and they claimed they never received it. I had 2 Apple technicians trying to help me. We failed. The final blow was that they claimed they never received the video I made through WeTransfer and subsequent emails. They really don't want to honor the customer and their water fountain only lasted 5 weeks. It's odd that this only lasted 9 days past the refund date.

Would not recommend. We first thought it was lovely, water stopped running on the 2nd day, returning. Disappointing.
