This treasure chest/decorative storage box is well made, high quality, and just beautiful! The wood is very smooth, and has a pleasing look compared to cheap wood products. The iron details add to the treasure/pirate theme. This is the “small†box, but even being named a small box, it’s a decent size. It’s got a nice weight to it but it’s not too heavy. You can fit a good few mementos and/or keepsakes in the box. The lock does work. It was tricky to get used to, but you have to turn the key all the way to one side to unlock it first, then turn the key all the way opposite to lock it. The lock is heavy duty, and so are the 2 keys included.The only thing that bothers me a bit is that the lock is so large it hangs below the bottom of this chest, as you can see in the sample photos. It’s not a dealbreaker for me though. I’m happy with this great quality treasure chest, and I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this!

This Nautical Cove Wooden Treasure Chest looks amazing. My son went nuts when he saw it and was excited to display it. The lock is nice and big and clunky and works great with the look of the chest. The two keys work perfectly. The build could be a tad better though. I have a large scratch in the side of the chest that was touched up kinda sloppily. I also had to sand all the edges of the chest because the metal didn’t extend all the way to the edges and the wood was jagged. I did get a small sliver before sanding it, but that did do the trick to smooth the edges out. I would’ve liked the chest to be a bit more neat at this price. However it is a very nice looking chest that my son loves. Would make a great gift.

This chest is absolutely beautiful. Hand crafted treasure chest? Count me in. The lock and key that came with (WHICH ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL) are the cherry on top of this beautifully crafted chest. I decided this is where I am going to store my medication as it keeps them safe and close by, & the chest can be on full display when people come in my room so it gets the admiration It deserves! 10/10! The seller of these really out did themselves!

This box came and looks exactly like the picture. The lock and keys work great, the buckle is attached nicely. The overall quality is awesome for the price. I keep my metal detecting trinkets in it and it looks so good on the table. It fits the vibe of the house and classy to put on display.

A little back story. My wife is getting into witchy things. I know, not like crazy black hat and potions, like wiccan....holistic stuff. I searched far and wide for an all inclusive kit that included everything in a nice big box but couldn't find anything. I settled on a nice hand made kit on Etsy. It did come with two cute little boxes, but most of the things still wouldn't fit in them, and were lose. That's where this chest comes is. I saw it and it seemed like the perfect size so I gave it a chance. We are both so happy I did. This chest is incredible. I mean, it's not life changing or anything lol, but it's wayyyy better quality than I expected to find on Amazon. The wood is nice and thick, and it just feels well made. If I had to find a negative, and I'm reaching here, is the lock itself is hard to lock and unlock. It works, but it's not smooth and takes some jiggling to get it to work. That's it, other than that, it's perfect.
