I will second the review by Thegun98. I bought this looking for a vacuum rated hose with 1/2” diameter hose, 1/2” female flare connector on one end for attachment to one manifold port on my Robinair 6CFM vacuum pump and 1/4” female flare in the other end for attachment to the suction line on my AC compressor unit. I was having a hard time finding such a hose as most are 3/8” flare fittings, but not this one. Even though the listing description is lacking the detail I was hoping to find, I ordered based on Thegun98’s review and was glad to see what showed up is exactly what I was looking for. 1/2” hose with one 1/2” FL on one end and 1/4” FL on the other end.

If you have a vacuum pump with a 1/2 inch fitting, I hiighly recommend this hose. Wider diameter hoses really do pull a vacuum much faster than thinner ones.

La tercera ves que la iba a usar y una de las puntas me quedó en la mano , yo si noté de que me costaba hacer un vacío y era eso de que la manguera o vino defectuosa o son malas ☹️🙃🤐

I’m giving 4 starts because my 1/4” female fitting is missing a gasket. Took me awhile to figure out why it wasn’t pulling below 2500 microns. Hooked it up direct to my micron gauge and to my pump and it wouldn’t pull down below 100microns. Come to find I’m a gasket less. Overall the product is durable and solid quality.

glad to have found a 1/2" fl tp 1/4" fl evacuation hose. Seems most other ones are usually 3/8".

Used on a VRF system install with over 150' of piping. Pulled vacuum faster than any hoses I've used. Awesome.
