Got these to cap my elastic laces as I don't like the clasps they typically use. I put these aglets on all my casual shoes and I get nonstop compliments about them. They look great. But be sure to trim your laces down if necessary as they will make noise banging against each other if too long. Happy purchase.

The metal aglets are undeniably made from high-quality material and look great, but unfortunately, they’re too small for hoody laces or thicker cords. The hole is quite limiting, and the screws are so tiny that they are nearly impossible to handle effectively. While these might work well for thinner shoelaces, they’re not versatile enough for broader applications. A little disappointing given the potential.

In order to renew the shoe lace tips of a pair of shoes you would need a total of 4 pieces of the desired finish. Well, this company has sent four different finishes in sets of 6. This will leave you with a total of 8 pieces that could not be used because you would need an additional 2 of each finish more to complete a pair of shoes! This means you would have to order another set to even things out! Kinda sneaky if you ask me. Over all, they do work very well.
