Wanted to check moisture levels after Hurricane Francine. Weeks after the event and might indicate moisture in the baseboards. Got acceptable moisture readings avoiding gutting of walls. Worked well, and simple to use.

Bought it and was skeptical that it wouldn’t work but it told us one of our windows had mildew and when we got it check it - it sure did!!!

at. A moisture meter with temp and RH. All in one type deal. The weight is perfect weighing. Detects leaks easily and the value for the money spent is worth it. The size fits any hand, durable and functions the way you need a moisture meter to work. Highly recommend this for anybody starting out in the restoration side. It’s worth the bucks!!!

Love the Mold meter. Helping in my decision on what drywall I need to replace after some flooding came in from condo above us during the hurricane. Most of it is drying nicely, but a few places (especially wall with wallpaper) have a lot of mold. Will probably tear that out.

I can't figure this thing out. Could be user error, but it never seems to work super well. I got a piece of drywall soaking wet to test and it worked great. But when I got a 2x4 I couldn't really tell if it was working or not. It definitely doesn't work on floors if you have concrete instead of subfloor.
