Attention:
Please NOT stretch the cords near to the maximum length (10 feet) frequently, otherwise they will not retain their original shape or quality. Phone handset cords are something like springs, there is a limit of elasticity actually. Normally speaking, the most typically usable range for handset cords is 30%-70% of their overall length. Streched over 7 feet frequently, they may lose their elasticity. Please note when using !!!

Where have these been for the past 30 years?!?! I LOVE this product.... HOWEVER, plan on the swivel only working for about 3-6 months. Plan on buying at the reduced multi-pack rate. Get over the short lifespan! They are cheap and soooo worth it! Just switch it out for a new one when you start to hear static and scratchy voices.

Used in a pharmacy setting for calls, out of the package only 3 worked with one making crackling noises / disconnecting when turned to certain angles. within 1 month the other 3 had the same issues. Item works great for detangling the cord, but if you cant hear the person on the other side of the phone, it is no good.
