Flush cuts great and after 6 months of use I can attest to thier durability. I work in an industrial setting and these things get used daily. They haven't snapped like so many have in the past. I have given some to coworkers and trhey love them also.

I'm a long time in the electrical trade. I've always been a guy that would take my side cutters and twist off the end of my cable ties. And just for clarification, they're cable ties. They're not zip ties. Your mother sent you to school with your sandwich tied with a zip tie. You're an electrician, you use cable ties. And for the first time this year, I used an apprentices set of these flush cutters. And then I went to feel the end of the cable tie. It felt wonderful. The cable tie was absolutely flush. Better than I could get after a decade of twisting them off with my side cutters. And the prices so fair. If you're doing any kind of data center work, these are must have in your tool bag.

These are actually quality nippers for the price. A little bigger than I was looking for but that’s my own fault for assuming the size rather than checking it. The tips meet along the edge very clean and flush, there no one side raised up like a lot of the cheaper ones. Solid nippers at a great price I like them so much I’m keeping them even tho they’re not quite what I needed this time. That is guys!!

Well 3d printing I use one pair to cut filaments and trim models, the other pair work beautifully in the maintenance and repair of printers. Sharpe enough to strip small gauge wire and plenty strong to cut solid thing without fear of damaging them. Moreaffordable and useful to me than more expensive fragile nippers.

Always breaking my mini flush cuts, now I don't ever get my mini flush cuts out. If you are not going to flush cut a zip tie, don't use zip ties.

Surprisingly well made flush cutting pliers for the price. I bought them for cutting zip ties and trimming plastic.

I wish I had read the bad reviews before I bought these. Every cut you make puts another pit in the blades. I used it for cutting the tangs off of the welding staples that you use for plastic welding. They would be good for cutting plastic zip ties I suppose but not good for what I bought them for.

*This is an update to the review below.* 4-24-23**Why am I spending time writing an entire paragraph? Sometimes its the principle of the thing that matters.***Many bad reviews get little attention from large companies like "Ring", etc..But I wanted to take the time to mention that this seller and I have had a great conversationabout this product. They were attentive, cared about my professional opinion & took that opinionseriously. We discussed how the product could be made better (even at a slightly higher cost) &they're taking my suggestions into consideration. Just for this reason alone I would recommend buying from this seller. They're trying to compete in a global market & they seem to actually care about what they're producing. *Yes, they're only a set of cutters but its still someone's livelihood.* There's so much junk out there being floated around and I was a little harsh on them.Certain tools that are used for a wider range of applications don't really perform well. These are LIGHT DUTY CUTTERS. They'll work for smaller gage wire like 22 & 24. They work well for 3d printer filament and I would guess, for thin zip tie plastic. There is a disclaimer not to be used on thicker gage wire.So if you need cutters for lighter jobs these will work.I have been using 2 pairs since I bought them on lighter work & they're doing the job.Hope this helps.---- My original review.---Bought these clippers because I needed some quickly. Yes I knew I was getting "cheap" clippers but I didn't know they were made from super cheap cast metal. Was cutting plastic zip ties & before I could cut the 10 one the clippers broke! SERIOUSLY! BROKE ONE OF THE ENDS OFF CUTTINGA PLASTIC ZIP TIE! I'll post a photo later today. And another thing. The spring in the handle isn't very strong either.I took a couple out of their containers so I'm not even sure they're eligible for return now.HARD PASS ON THIS PRODUCT. Next time I'll go to Harbor Frieght! At least I know I'm getting a halfway decent tool. Lol
