Checks with a Minolta Flash Meter IV as being 18% grey for exposure. DOESN'T match the color of a Kodak grey card, which were slightly magenta biased. Checked with a Minolta Color Meter IIIa, there is between a 3 and 9 CC magenta difference between these and 5 Kodak grey cards I tested under various light sources,sunlight, tungsten, quartz-halogen, PhotoGenic StudioMaster strobes, "5000* K" LEDs, and various fluorescent lights, as well as HID "5000* K" light. I wish one side were the recommended 85% reflectance for white balance with digital/video cameras. The Minolta Color Meter says these are more "neutral" grey than Kodak grey cards and my eyeball agrees.

These work well. Great for getting exposure right when you don't have an incident meter. Only thing that annoyed me was the ziploc bag they came i was so tight, I practically damaged them trying to get them out. Very tedious. These are relatively thick and do not flex which is really best for having consistent reflectivity.

As a jewelry designer, I'm always looking for ways to improve my photos. These cards were an excellent addition to my setup. The colors of the pieces just jumps off the screen! Very happy with this purchase.

This is a set of two cards, one all white (both sides) and one all grey (both sides). What was wanted is a pair of identical cards with grey on one face and white on the back. This would enable keeping one covered as "reference" and carrying another on location for shooting.Still usable to some degree, but crazy to pay this much for a piece of ordinary white poster board and a piece of ordinary grey poster board. Description is misleading.

From tungsten-orange colour my image has turned into a balanced all-round neutral palette. Invaluable tool for cinematography, especially saves the day when colour accuracy is critical. Immensely with colour correction in post!

Color accuracy is not even close to the color checker passport video by x-rite. The grey is much darker and the white is far too white. If you are going to only use these cards and not use a color checker then maybe it would work but I wouldn’t use it for white balance or exposure. Bought 2 sets hoping they would work but had to return due to the inaccurate colors.

Me parece un producto muy útil para el balance de blancos, el material se siente de buena calidad, sin embargo no conozco otro producto similar con el cual comparar. La tarjeta gris igualmente se siente de buena calidad, tiene un lado mate, asumo que es el que se debe utilizar para el ajuste de exposición. No se si lo recomendaría para uso profesional, pero para alguien que inicia y con bajo presupuesto o es solo aficionado, estas herramientas ayudarán a obtener una adecuada exposición y balance de blancos. Estos factores pueden tener un gran impacto en el video o fotografía. Utilizo las "zebras" ajustadas a 50% para la exposición y he tenido excelentes resultados. Siempre grabo unos segundos con las tarjetas en la escena por si requiero hacer algún sutil ajuste en postproducción.
