It’s pretty sturdy. It does the job mounting my flash and umbrella to the same stand - It is a bit wobbly but I think it might be my stand? I also use a 7’ parabolic umbrella so it’s really heavy, when I have used a lightweight one it’s been less wobbly. Anyway, a good part that will serve your lighting needs.

Neewer are another of the Chinese companies that I like for photographic accessories (along with Viltrox and Godox).This item is a bit agricultural in design but that may be a good thing. It deals with quite a bit of weight in my case, supporting quite a heavy photographic light and it copes well.Made of some metal that seems strong and has good screw fittings that should last well.No problem recommending these - they are of simple construction and do the job at a good price.
