I don't leave reviews very often, but this is a really well done product. Everything stays put, but you can still move it around. It's heavy duty. Nice work Neewer!

I enjoy the structure and build and ability to move it and reposition the arms. Main issue are the bolts are already rusting. So, no protective finish. Clamp is a bit too open, but able to adjust, still needed to use a piece of wood to fill the clamp space.

The screws are already RUSTY a few weeks in. I'm like what kind of crap quality is this? I thought this brand is of high quality.IMPORTANT EDIT - after I left the review above, Seller contacted me for a full refund or replacement, which I appreciated.Great Service from the company!Now i'm impressed again.Will buy again.

This has to be the WORST product I've ever purchased from Neewer!!! The arms on this mount aren't strong enough to hold even a small light!!! Forget putting my Canon R5 on it!!! I tightened the bolts as far as they can be and it barely holds an action camera or a phone!!!! AVOID this mount if you value your expensive equipment!!!

This is a great heavy-duty setup to mount all of your recording gear to your desk. I have wheels on my desk, so I never have to worry about knocking stands down when everything is mounted to this.My only nit is that I like my lighting a little higher so it doesn't reflect in my glasses. I had to buy extensions to add to the arms to get them up higher a bit. It would have been nice if included in this kit, but not enough to knock a star. I knew they weren't included when I ordered.

I am using this stand to hold various photography items and it is great for what I need. It is heavy but I think it needs to be for sturdiness. I had to contact the supplier because in manufacturing the joints had been overtightened. The supplier, listened, understood the issue and replaced the item promptly. I now have a unit where I can loosen and tighten the joints and all is 10/10.

NEEWER are gaining themselves a good reputation in this market sector. I have several of their products including tripods, filters and mounts. They've all been of good quality and so far all of them have lasted well. This desk stand is no different it seems.I think it lends itself better to a static setup, which is fine for studio use or if you're a live streamer. We use some software scanning lots and lots of documents very quickly. The software is intelligent and crops and catalogues the images. It benefits from diffused lighting to make the scans more uniform and this desk stand makes that really easy. Set the main stand up correctly and tighten everything down and you now have yourself a mini studio. The fact that the arms are held securely with hex keys means there is no movement at all. Some desk mounts use friction clamps which can work themselves loose, not with this one.The build quality is impressive and sturdy. It easily held our lighting and mobile scanning device without any vibration or movement. The clamp that attached to the desk itself was rubberised on each face to give a better grip and prevent damage to the desk surface. The inclusion of cable clips was a nice idea because it keeps everything clean and frees your photographic shot was shadows and intrusions into the frame. It's quite customisable too offering a lot of angles and widths for attached devices.Very capable throughout.

Mount has minimum thickness. Will not mount to thin desk. Arms are not as adjustable as I expected. All screw mounts are so tight, do not expect to be able to remove them.
