I have about four thumb grips now, and let me just say, I was surprised that this one is my favorite. First of all, it is the most attractive of all the thumb grips with the enameled hot shoe illustration on the top, which goes very well with the x100VI because it looks like that Fuji/Japan Hokusai wave. Not to mention the attractive soft shutter button, which also matches. But alas, I know I will lose that shutter button one day, I always lose them. Functionally, I like this one best because the cross-piece that goes out toward the dials, stays out of the way the most out of any thumb grip yet. It give 2-3mm of room over the buttons to make the back button focusing much more accessible and pleasant. Secondly, the thumb rest ends right over the rocker dial at the top which makes that dial very easy to find without looking at the camera. I can't tell you how much that improved my enjoyment of the camera. Look the x100VI is the best compact body APS-C camera out there, get the best thumb grip set for it, this Neewer set!

I really wanted to love the product because of the Great Wave design but the thumb grip was wayyyyyy to tight and was a pain to remove. I even at one point put a hairline mark trying to pry it out. When i did force it in, i could tell it slightly was affecting the frame of the camera which I did not want to compromise. I even ordered another one to make sure the first one wasn’t a faulty one. But 2nd one came in with the same fit issue. My buddy ordered one for his silver X100VI and it fit great. Mine is black so I don’t know if paint coating affects fit as well. Hopefully in the future the fitment and sizing is adjusted and I’ll order another then. But for now, other thumb grips will have to do.

I like the design of the thumb grip with the “Great Wave off Kanagawaa†design - it adds a little something rather than just plain black or silver or a vendor logo. The shape of the grip allows easy access to the ISO/Shutter Speed dial. NOTE: I found the thumb grip did impede operability a little. Unfortunately the shutter button fell off and was lost.

One of my favorite thumb rests for my x100vi. It fits the hotshoe perfectly and it's made out of durable metal. The enamel is high quality and beautiful. I love showing it off!

This is a pretty straightforward type of item. I really like the size of the shutter button as it’s large and easy to feel. The thumb grip may be better on the V or VI, but I have the F and it works fine. It gets in the way of the rear dial just a bit, but otherwise it fits great.

Estéticamente es muy lindo y el botón funciona perfecto, pero el tumb es terrible, entra muy muy justo a la zapata del flash y sacarlo es casi imposible, además de que deja rayones en donde estuvo

I really like this little addition to my camera. The Thumb Grip is the right shape and doesn't interfere with using the settings dials.
