The DIY Photo Snow Globe
Make your own snow globe by customizing the base with a photo, drawing, embroidery, monogram, or anything else you can think of! This create-a-globe is made out of durable plastic, NOT glass so it's sticky-finger friendly! The globe holds two 2x3 photos, one on each side and includes 4 pre-printed inserts for the snow globe base or you can create your own. The base pulls off to insert photos and there are little latches on the bottom to insert your own base design. The globe comes pre-filled with distilled water, white snow, and iridescent glitter flecks.
These snow globes make the perfect, most thoughtful gift. Personalize for any occasion: house warming, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, other holidays, and more. These photo snow globes have a 4" diameter base, and are approximately 6.25" in height. Globes are not made of glass, but of a soft pliable plastic.
Each snow globe can hold two vertical photos, one on each side, in 2" x 2.875" size. This is a trimmed 2" x 3" size. The base can hold one 1.5" x 11" insert.
Inside the globe is white snow, and iridescent glitter that floats around when shaken. Contents will settle at the bottom when on a surface.

I bought this as an anniversary gift. It arrived fast. I love the unique idea and that you can customize it. It is made of plastic (wish it was glass) but it is still nice. It came with a few borders that you can use and interchange at the base of the globe. Twisting the base bottom off, I was able to insert my own custom photos. The size was ideal, but I wouldn't mind if they made them a bit larger. All in all, I am very satisfied. I plan to buy more and give them as Christmas gifts.

This snowglobe is the perfect gift. I was worried it would break during delivery or based on the reviews, the directions would be unclear but its perfect! You can fit 2 photos on either side and the inserts are a cute touch to make it look cuter or write something. I got this for my dad's birthday and he loved it.I was looking for something unique but custom snowglobes can be SO expensive ($50 and up) but this one is so affordable and looks perfect. It's also made of plastic so it won't break or shatter!Regarding the directions, make sure to move the black pins on the bottom, pull with a little force and the globe should come off. Realign the pins and you'll be set!

At first, I grabbed it and the plastic gave a little, I thought: what have I just gotten myself into?!Then I realized that the plastic was the best thing ever because I live in a house with 8 kids and a few big dogs and this is PERFECT!There’s one thing that I don’t think folks have mentioned - you can put two pictures in here! I bought this to give as a gift and we’ll put a picture on one side and write something on the other side.It took me reading a few reviews to figure it all out (there are no instructions).Changing out the base to another insert (or make your own!):There are cheap tabs on the bottom, like on some picture frames. Line them up and gently pull out the black, plastic part. It took a bit of pulling the first time.Changing it the pictures:You have to pull. And when I say pull, I mean it. At first, I thought I was going to break it. There are two small squares of hook-and-loop that hold the globe to the base. I don’t know about anyone else’s glove, but they used super-strong Velcro on mine!All in all, I’ll be buying more of these. I’ll also be adding a bit more snow and glitter. So far, this is great!

The globe is flexible plastic and is held in with two small pieces of velcro, so it doesn’t seem very sturdy when you are trying to shake it or change the pictures. It is very cute and I do like that both the photos and base can be customized.

Bought this to make my mother in law a Christmas gift and it was so incredibly easy to make and she LOVED it!! I got a wallet size print photo and made my own insert for the bottom using the templates they provided to trace for a perfect fit. it turned out perfect and I loved how easy it was to take apart and put together. Very well made. Seemed very durable and good quality item!!

This was cute, however difficult to get wallet sized pics printed.The globe is plastic and not glass.
