I absolutely love this. Size is as expected, color is spot on. Sturdy. It doesn’t feel cheap the hooks are large enough for keys but not to large. Fits and looks great on my wall. Will definitely recommend this

Originally the wood split, but I contacted customer service, and they helped me from there!Now my husband has a place for his mail, and we have a place for our keys!

My only wish is that Amazon would stop using UPS. It was on the delivery truck for 6 days before it was delivered. I called UPS twice about it and they were beyond useless.The caddy looks great and seems like a quality piece.

The only reason I docked it one star is because the screws aren’t that great. One of them literally shattered in the wall. And then adding the item to the wall was a little challenging with the remaining screws, but we were able to get it eventually. Really nice looking, the perfect size for the location, and holds my keys and mail just fine. Had to adjust the design a little as it didn’t just sit on the wall. Overall, I like it!

Love the look of it. It is neat and not too small. It feels sturdy. I put letters and small items I need to leave the house with, so they are all in one place. So far, so good.

When ordering this Nekon Mail and Key Holder, I was looking to upgrade from a very basic wire version. I suspect it is made of pine because it's a lightweight wood that took the brown stain well. I love the aesthetic of the rustic brown wood. I like that the mail compartment is enclosed, as it looks better than having papers overhanging. Installation was very easy. Included are both drywall and concrete anchors, plus screws. Installed, it sits securely in my wall. It functions exactly as needed.The price is where I removed a star. While this is a nice looking piece, it is not worth $66. Maybe $25-$30 at most.

Looks great. Exactly as pictured. Well made and sturdy. We actually installed ours using a few 3M strips and it has worked perfectly.
