The mounts are welded, painted steel. They are not some aluminum look-alike. They bolted right up to my stepper motors, and are plenty sturdy. Another great deal. Thanks.

Son bastante fuertes y se acoplan con precisión al motor

I bought 2 of these and both are out of square the same amount, which is 1/16" (bent too much). That amount is too great for shaft couplers and timing belts. The only way to correct is to shim when mounting bracket to machine or platform since they can't be bent unless the welded gussets are removed and that's way too difficult. The bracket is very heavy-duty and the NEMA 34 holes are all correct. Had the brackets been square they would've been a deal for the price.

Very well built with heavy guage steel (6mm thick) and painted black, has a perfect fit for Nema 34 stepper.

I would add an image, but I didn't end up using this for mounting my nema 34 closed loop stepper. It's very heavy duty, which is definitely something you want in a large motor bracket. The problem is nothing is square on this bracket, and the hole pattern is slightly off. I could have drilled it out and shimmed it to get it to work for my application. But it just wasn't worth my time to try and "get close". I ended up machining my own custom motor mount anyway, which I bought this so I didn't have to bother. But if I'm ever doing a bulk where the tolerances of parts are very loose, ill hold on to the bracket for that.
