This is very sturdy, I saw other reviews that stated it was cheap and flimsy, unless they received something else I cannot imagine how they make this claim. This is great quality, thr added finger holes make gripping it to remove from the socket a LOT easier, if you have a quality socket the clamp strength is high and its much easier to grip this. My one and only notice of where it could improve is to have terminal style clamps for all 3 wires where they only use it for the ground. The screw downs for the neutral and line twist up the wire as you tighten it instead of clamping. It works fine, just a minor thing that would improve it a bit. The housing is very sturdy, I wouldnt hesitate to buy another

When I purchased this I originally though that the three finger grip was a bit goofy but after using it for about 6 months now I wish all of my 240 volt plugs had them. Solid construction, easy to install as well.
