I chose this menorah because of the remote feature, the LED bulbs, and the fact that it is mobile because of its battery capability. I particularly like the fact that I no longer have to screw bulbs into a menorah for each day of Hanukkah and with one touch of the remote, I can light the exact number of candles for each day. While the menorah is attractive, I thought it would be more substantial in weight, but since I use it as a window decoration, I can overlook that. It does have four color options, but the blue and the white will probably be the only colors I ever use. The blue light is particularly attractive.The first menorah I ordered had imperfections in the finish. When I asked for an exchange, the company immediately sent out a new menorah, which was delivered in a day. I was very pleased with the service.If I could make one suggestion to the manufacturer, it would be to package the menorah in a closed box, rather than using the clear wrap so you can see the menorah through the packaging. I like to store holiday items in the boxes in which they were packaged. I wound up putting the menorah back in its box and using a tie back to keep it from falling out. Having a box that closes would have been my preference to ensure that the menorah does not get damaged and can be placed flat or on its side on a shelf.

Returning item, not worth the money.This product is extremely cheaply made. We used it for one night and by night two the middle light was no longer working. The plug is difficult to use due to the design. The plastic is flimsy and bends.

Not worth the price. It works on batteries but the lights don’t stay on even with setting the 4 or 8 hr timer. The usb cord that came with it does not fit the plug into the menorah. Very disappointed. If I could give no stars I would.

Product is cute, feels cheap with lightweight plastic. The remote doesn't work (even with new batteries). Batteries in the unit itself didn't make it to day 5 though. This was my daughter's introduction to Hanukah, menorah. It was disappointing. Would not recommend. Contacted the company through their site as instructed by Amazon support and they sent me back to Amazon.

The directions were not very clear. It is a nice menorah for our front window. We are waiting for a replacement because the shamus did not light.

It was great the first few days, but then most of the lights stopped working. Very disappointing.UPDATE - it was just the batteries. I don't know if it just came with cheap batteries or if I will need to change them every 4 or 5 days. Let's hope it was cheap batteries.

Love it for my big window but the only draw back was the screws to be able to put in batteries couldn’t even find a screwdriver small enough so that was the only thing I hated

It was a bit flimsy but it held up for Hanukkah. Had different color flames as lightbulbs. Timer to turn off worked well as well. A great idea to have an electric menorah. Used the plug and not the battery.

Very nice idea, but the top candle was broken out of the box.The size was also bigger than expected, making it impractical for its purpose as a travel hanukkiah
