My son got this as a Christmas present. He really liked it. It's well made and has a little weight to it. It shoots the Nerf darts. It came with 3, but these are easy to buy in no name bulk packs if need be.

This thing is among the hardest hitting need guns I've ever seen. Don't use the cheap plastic tip bullets you will put your eye out kid!

We bought this for a birthday present for a little boy turning 8 who loves Minecraft. We gave it with a little target. He was so excited about it! We didn’t actually use it so I can only speak to the packaging which was good and the gun seemed to be good quality and sturdy as are most Nerf brand objects. The reason for the 4 star is because the tip of the gun was a little bent in when it was delivered and we had to try to bend it back a little because it was in the way of the bullet. I’m worried about durability and longevity of the toy due to that aspect of this gun.

It has foam padding on the edges of all weapons I have bought so they don't hurt. Also they all (except swords) also substitute as Nerf guns as well. My boys and nephews all love these toys.

It was a huge hit with my friend’s 6 yr old boy. He LOVED it. Seemed to be very durable but lol he is a boy! Not too big for him to hold, bought on sale so it was a good value.
