I usually get thus from my doctor but ran out between visits when my schedule had a sudden change. Love it is totally tasteless and dissolves completely, just mix with anything moist. Great with yogurt or I pudding. Since I need extra protein this is a great way to get it -- I mix it into my drinks without changing their taste or texture, even using almost twice the "suggested" amount. Since starting doing this about 6 months ago, my A1C has dropped close to 2 full points. Definitely recommend it for anyone needing more protein in their diet.

It devolves very well in cool water , no grit , very very faint taste of milk when mixed with water and drank . All around very good product . Easy to use .

My cancer-fighting mother isn’t eating enough to get the necessary amounts of protein. The nutritionist told us about this brand of non-flavor protein powder that can be added to shakes, soup, etc. Mom literally does not know when I shake some on her foods! Great solution for medical patients needing more protein.

It's okay. It does add a tadte to your food but it isnt horrible. The biggest thing I want to impart is not to add it to your food before heating. It gets a spongy and rubbery texture.

I get this for my mom. She doesn’t eat a lot anymore and this helps her get the protein she needs. There’s no taste so she can use it on anything.
Not real satisfied.

My husband used it as a extra sort of protein after he had surgery.

Last year I was sick for 6 months. I could not eat more than 500 calories per day. I lost 60 lbs. Not in a good way. I have IBS. A nutritionist recommended Beneprotein. It is great. I always mix it cold oat milk. It dissolves well. Lately I am using a Zulay Milk Frother to make it creamier. I use it in oatmeal. Just mix it in cold milk. Then zap the oatmeal in the microwave. Don’t mix it in a hot liquid. You’ll get better results in cold liquids— then zap it in the microwave.
