They were good until like a week then they just stopped working. They pair for like five seconds and shut off. Now they won’t turn on. If anybody has any ideas, please let me know.

Everything is plug and play and no matter what get the extensions. I’m 3 to 4 hours in the job and didn’t have them so I had to wait longer to get them. Also I can’t figure out what the white wire does. Is it a nutral or is it supposed to be grounded, just a little confused on that one.
