Ordered two. One tube was perfect. The other had a bulge in it and was lopsided. Could not be used. I did not request a replacement given I only needed one at the time so not sure what customer service would have been like. I just wanted to have an extra around.

These tubes worked well, as intended. Easy to install and have had no issues with them.

These tubes were a direct replacement for the OEM tubes on my 2001 TREK 4300. My 23 year old tubes were leaking and I had to frequently put air in the tires. I have only put a few miles on them but the new tubes are holding up good so far.

I purchased these Bike Inner Tubes, and while the product itself is fine, there is a discrepancy between the listing and the actual product. The listing mentions the tubes are made in Taiwan, but the product I received is labeled as made in China.This inconsistency raises concerns about the accuracy of the product description. It's disappointing, as I expected better transparency. Even Amazon's reliability seems questionable these days.

I reckon someone is selling knocked-off second quality parts from the Kenda factory here.As the 4x4 driving owner of a Schraeder Valve tool I tightened the valve after eventually finding the most annoying cause of a flat tyre.Buy elsewhere.When I tried to remove the leaking patch on a supposedly new tube, the tube tore out, and was scrap. You can't patch a patch.Avoid.
