The instructions were easy to understand and the fit was perfect. I have a small mouth and many pieces do not fit because they do not form correctly, but this one does! I love it when working out, it makes my balance better and overall workout better. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is interested in bettering performance, breathing, and balance during a workout! It also comes with a case and clip for easy storing.

The molding process went pretty well for me. Had to do a little bit of manual manipulation but nothing too crazy. The first time I wore it was on leg day and I did appreciate being able to really clench down and power through. I think the real turn off for some people is that your jaw is going to ache the next day or two of you aren’t used to using something like this. Eventually, like with any other muscle, your jaw muscles will get used to it and A chiseled jaw will turn any 6 into a 9. I’m able to breathe, talk, and drink water with it in, no problem. The only other setback is you look pretty goofy walking around the gym with this thing in your mouth. If vanity isn’t really your thing you’ll probably be fine. Just remember to take it out before you talk to your gym crush..

It's really helped me on a lot of my lifts, I bought this because I bite down when lifting; i've bitten down so hard i've chipped my teeth, with this I don't really need to think about not doing that and just focus on moving weight. It's pretty good but it kinda gets destroyed a bit too quickly for the price it's being sold at hence 4/5.

Even companies that sell sleep apnea mouth pieces allow you to return or offer a refund. This is a small amount of silicone and is very cheap to produce. It cost more then most of the alternatives. The 5DS is very large and caused nausea when inserted and was unusable. Your only option is to email Newage and they have not responded. That should tell you something about this company. I would recommend looking for an alternative mouthpiece for all these reasons

Really difficult to get a good fit. I had to redo it 3 times before I got to an acceptable mold. Has worked with lifting weights but remains to be seen if it helps jaw pain in the long term.

This product is easy to fit your teeth, feels comfortable if done correctly. These are great for remolding if needed. They definitely help you lift heavier and protect your teeth.

I have a problem of grinding my teeth at night . My friend at work told about weight lifting bite guard so I bought it .I watched video on how to form it to your teeth bite down and felt good . I like think material so bite down on it doesn't break and Relax muscle on jaw . I give 5 stars and works for me and try it out .

Like this product as I find when lifting I tend to clench my jaw a lot. This saves the grind on my teeth and also keeps my jaw in line. Will buy again when I go through this one!
