I have used Plantronics brand earpieces for about ten years now and I have been happy with them.What I liked most about the Plantronics was the battery life. I could listen to music for the entire day. The sound was acceptable for someone "at work" rather than and audiophile sitting in the dark listening to whatever genre of music floated my boat.Well after using one, day in and day out, for three years the battery began to last less than the eleven hours that it used to.So I bought one of these strange name brands and had equal success until after about a year people began to complain I couldn't be heard that well on calls.So I tried to shift to earpads. I tried several. Some for around thirty bucks, some for around ninety bucks, but while they were great at playing music and cancelling ambient sound, when making calls I still was told my voice was too low, or distorted or tinny.After trying around eight different styles and brands, I decided to stop wasting money and just go for a single ear piece like I used to have.The first "Indian one had done OK and so I thought I would push the boat out and spend forty Buckaroos on this one.I received it and the battery life is AMAZING.The sound when listening to voice, music or calls is great!And even better the people on the other end of the calls say they can hear me loud and clear.I tell you I tried so many others and tested the voice pick up during calls by recording my voicemail message using the headset. This little gem beat the pants off everything else. Even the exotic brand like Blue Parrot sounded awful in comparison.I like this because it doesn't sit inside the ear canal and so you are aware of what's going on around you.If I want to have full noise cancelling on a plane for instance, I pop in a pair of the earbuds and relax.There are even Bluetooth transmitters you can plug into the aircraft headphones port so you can be wireless and listen to your entertainment.Speaking of which there seems to be just a fraction of latency when I connect to my smart TV or the ROKU with this headset. I cant believe the quality and battery life you get with this wee fella.USB-C charging port, multiple ear grommets and a nice case!

My husband is a truck driver. He tried several different headsets before we found the New Bee. He is on his 3rd or 4th New Bee now, and that's not attributed to poor quality. It's because he talks so much! Hours and hours every day. Anyone that drives a truck knows how true that is. For the price, this is definitely great quality. The sound is so much clearer than some of the other brands he has tried. It does a better job of drowning out background noise. It has excellent battery life. Great, great value for the price. He even forgets to take it off sometimes and realizes after he has gotten in the bed that it's still on his ear!

I normally use Plantronics headsets but thought I would take a chance with this one I really like the 18-hour talk time on this thing and it might not be quite as clear to other people as a Plantronics but for the most part they hear me just fine and it works great for me..

Reason for Purchase:I needed to replace an old wired headset for my PC.Pros:LightweightEasy to useDecent soundIn-headset prompts of low batteryGreat PriceCons:Couldn't get the buttons on the unit to control anything on the PCSubtle but noticeable hum when not in a conversationMajor lag during conversations (This might have been an issue with connecting to the BT receiver on my PC)Battery life seemed lowOverall:I was impressed with the unit when it arrived. It was lightweight, fit over my ear well, and connected easily to my Bluetooth devices. My biggest gripe is that it cannot natively interact with a PC. None of the buttons on the unit can control anything. Works great with a phone but when I read the description, I assumed it would work with a computer as well. This is not the case. I had to arm-wrestle with my PC to get sound out of the ear-piece. And while connected, there was a hum. The hum went away once in a call. People on the other line noted the sound from the mic was fine and never had a problem with people hearing me. And despite the boast that it has ridiculously long standby time, while connected to the PC the unit never went into standby thus zapping the power quickly. If you want a PC based headset, steer-clear. This should be only marketed as a headset for phones.

Bought this at the last minute for a road trip after my old headset broke. Had to fumble with it in the car while unfamiliar, but was able to use it pretty well. Havent fully tested the battery but I spent several hours on the phone and listening to podcasts, so it lasts awhile and can charge on the same cord as my phone, which is super practical. Works for both ears. The case is nice since you have the bar that sticks out for your microphone. I could see that's easy to break if you aren't careful. However, I do always have a hard time getting the set back in the case correctly. It's a little too exact of a design! My puffy cushion fell off my earpiece within a few weeks of getting this. But I also stuffed it into a bag without a case when this happened. Found it, put it back, doing ok. But I can see that will be a thing to watch down the road. At the moment, I've had the piece about a month and am pleased with it.

La baterÃa superó mi expectativa, la claridad del audio muy buena, muy ligero, los terminados muy aceptables... Pero la comidas las almohadillas no se adapta creo a ningun oÃdo el material y bocina es muy grande tienes que adaptar una goma y listo problema resuelto.

Setup and using has been easy. It does what it says.Most importantly, audio is excellent both ways.We are old. This was bought for my wife. Our son speaks 'oldie' and showed my wife how to use it.Almost immediately she was comfortable using it by herself, and now, 3 weeks later likes it very much.I recommend this item.

It's very good to had this bluetooth for conversation while driving a tour bus and It's was very clear voice without interrupting when there is a lot of people in the bus and tour guide using the microphone to talk to the guest.

It came professionally packed and presented. Charged very quickly with USB-C and battery life is absolutely amazing. (I work in IT and there was a system down outage so I was on a call for 10hrs straight and it lasted throughout that whole time without overheating or going flat !) Even the audio is great and fits very comfortably around the ear. The mic has noice cancellation so all surrounded noise is blocked allowing the caller to clearly hear your voice. The price is very good for this product. I have no hesitation buying this product again. In fact I already bough 2 more for others and they are also very happy with it. I will be buying more in future.
