This is awesome. It is very nice looking especially like the fantastic compartment they made out of the base.My old ones were just a solid block of wood, so this was an awesome use of the base. I also was impressed with the wooden hammer they included……was kind to the pegs……I loved the card of information they included, I believe they are working to please there customers….I will now look at their other products since I tend to stay away from new manufacturers.Thank you for caring about your customers!

This is such a handy item. I can see much of my thread in a glance. The spindles had to be attached. Two were broken but there were enough extras to complete the arrangement. The item turns easily. It seems very sturdy. I like it.

Pros: Looks beautiful on my table, built as well as can be expected for a mass produced product from China, base turns easily and smoothly, holds embroidery thread cones as advertised, arrived in good shape.Cons (or some things to consider): Pegs need to be inserted by customer (wasn’t hard but the little wood hammer they supplied didn’t quite do the job - need a real hammer), spacing of pegs is sufficient but you will need to develop a little upward twist to get spools off without dislodging the others, inside the doors the space is even more tight (usable but snug), a design flaw is the latches for the doors have thread pegs very close to them making it difficult to open the doors without removing thread first (see photos),Summary: I’m hoping this system works for me. It is beautiful and compact enough to be practical. One other con- I apparently have too much thread so if I really like it I may have to buy another one!

I love this!!! I'm so happy with it! I didn't want a traditional thread holder rack, I simply do not have the space and I couldn't see it being useful for someone organizationally challenged like me. However, a more compact spinning rack that I feel comfortable that it won't fall off my sewing table sounded great. It's attractive and a really well thought-out design.Even though, it was bubble wrapped and secured in two boxes...a few pegs did break. One even broke off flat. I read the enclosed sellers card to the customer...and knew they would work with me if I needed customer service.Fortunately! I was able to put my thinking cap on and I fixed the issue myself. I went to my dad's shop and he had a few options I could use. After failing to pull it out with pliers, I found something called a screw starter. It looks like a screwdriver with the tip threaded like a screw. I twisted it in real tight and after a few attempts...I pulled the sucker right out! I was so happy it worked! A screwdriver and a screw would probably do the same thing, then you could pull it out with pliers.With a little effort the dowels come out. I'm glad I figured that out because I decided to remove some of them to organize my cutting tools...I love that they are now so accessable! Also, I really like that the top has 9 extra peg holes. I used some of the extra dowels to organize my bobbins up there and I still have plenty if I ever need them.Very pleased!!! Thank you!!! ðŸ˜

Only took a few minutes to tap in the spool holders . They fit well and on a slight angle to stop the spools falling off. Great little product and I'm pleased it has internal storage so I can pop my matching threads on bobbins in there . Very convenient. Good value for money.
