- Usually a project with denser stitches or multiple outline stitches will have a better glow effect.

- Product Description: Those thread colors change rapidly after being exposed to ultraviolet light, and gradually return to the original colors when there is no ultraviolet light for a few minutes. This color changing effect can occur repeatedly.
- How to Get the Best Color Changing Effect:
- The stronger UV light to which is the thread exposed, the better color changing effect you will get.
- Usually a project with denser stitches or multiple outline stitches will have more visible color changing effect.
- Lubricating the thread only with a non-staining silicone spray or sewers aid.
For a better using experience, we suggest you:
- Funny thread is a little tricky to deal with, we suggest to use large eye needle like SCHMETZ Topstitch 90/14 and Organ HAX1 SP 90/14 to reduce friction.
- Bleaching and steam ironing the thread is not recommended. Dry ironing is allowable, but Maximum Temperature should be no higher than 176° F.
- Washing the thread is allowable, but make sure that the Water Temperature should be not higher than 104° F.

This thread is so easy to work with I really loved it & have many more projects I want to sew out.This thread was so much easier than Metallic thread to sew with. I love the way once it sewed out the design. thread only broke once but once I made a needle change it was fine.

I had bought thread like this, but the thread came from a different supplier and required a larger needle like 90/14. Nothing but thread breaks and birds nesting underneath. Not impressed.Went and bought this thread after looking everywhere and positive outcome. This thread requires the regular 75/11 needle. How easy is that? The tension needs to be not tight tight, but not loosy goosy either.NEED LARGER CONE SIZES FOR COMMERCIAL MULTI NEEDLE embroidery machines.

The reflective properties are excellent, but every setting on my embroidery machine has the same result: breaks every few seconds, and the underside of the fabric becomes a massive knot of this thread.It just doesn’t like to pull back up after the needle pushes through on the way down, so it either leaves an inch or so on each stitch crammed under the fabric, or it just snaps.

I've used this product for almost a year. I use it on baseball caps most. The trick is to use a larger needle, slow the machine down, and most importantly, use a well digitized design that isn't too dense. I run multiple Babylock Venture 10 needle machines and do recommend this item. There is a small learning curve, you must figure out the needle and speed your machine wants to use with this reflective thread.

After reading all the reviews I lowered the stitch speed on my embroidery machine and did a test piece, it turned out beautifully. I am very happy with this thread.

En primer lugar el trato, y pues el hilo es de muy buena calidad y será caso de comprobar con el tiempo y el uso , su durabilidad , pero en gral agradecido .

This thread is super poor quality and is constantly breaking after only a few stitches. The recommended needle to use is a topstitch needle which I'm using. Thread is still breaking. Doesn't matter what tension setting I use. Thread still breaking after 10 stitches or so. I've never been more frustrated in my life.DO NOT BUY THIS THREAD.
