This is a CBB61 4.5uf+5uf+6uf 5 WIRE capacitor ± 5%, 250V AC and 50/60Hz rating.
The maximum operating temperature is +70°C.
Before throwing away your favorite ceiling fan check the CBB61 ceiling fan capacitor first. It may be weak or burnt out.
CBB61 capacitors control the start and stop mechanisms and fan speeds on many different types of ceiling fans motors using these types of capacitors.

I had a 14’ high fan that was not running. An electrician would have charged hundreds of dollars for installing a new fan. I knew that it was too high for me to safely replace the old one. So, I decided to try and repair the 23 year old Harbor Breeze. Worked perfectly and was not that difficult. I would recommend replacing the switch while your at it. I broke mine removing the old capacitor.

Mine was actually a Red, Green, Brown wire in the original Hunter fan, but followed the pattern on the new capacitor and hooked red to red, brown to green, and purple to brown. Got my high speed back and can finally feel good air movement on high. Mid and low speeds worked fine but high speed had gotten to where it would start spinning fast but end up as a speed equaling medium or slower.It is an outdoor fan on our back porch and on hot days the higher speeds make a big difference in cooling.The original capacitor didn't really show any sign of damage like I've seen other people report, but the change made a big difference on the high setting.Better than spending money on a new fan

We didn’t realize, until we came across a post, that these capacitors go bad or quit working like they should. I put 5 of these in our fans throughout the house and the difference was substantial. Over the years, our fans all quit running as fast as they once did, but we didn’t really notice as it was gradual. Once the swap was complete, it was like having new fans.The swap itself wasn’t overly difficult. I just swapped one wire at a time since some of them are the same color and I didn’t want to mix them up. Also, you’ll need a small pick or small flathead screwdriver to pop the old wires out of the connections.

Our fam was barely moving. I considered just buying a new fan until I looked on YouTube and found this could be the Fox I needed. I was so inexpensive, I figured I’d try it. Worked like a charm. The fan works as good as a new one!!! ðŸ‘ðŸ»

I purchased before summer started, I have it a non bedroom / living room space, the fan is rarely switchted on. This product dies in 5 months of purchase out of which 3 months were non summer.And the 2 months of operational activity was super less.

Don't waste your time replacing parts, just buy a new fan. They have one on here for a hundred dollars And it's incredible ðŸ‘

Es muy fácil de remplazar, los cables de color son excelentes, solo hay que hacerlos coincidir con los del ventilador
