I am happy with the cracker itself. However, it comes with only one rubber grip and another side is empty. I am considering whether I should return it or not. The seller should make sure that your product is of a good status when you send it out to your customer.

Metal Handle broke right below the cracking teeth in 3 months. Great while it lasted. Disappointed that the metal used fatigue fractured so quickly.

This is a whole lot better that what I was using to crack nuts. It handled most nuts with no difficulty (there are always some weird nut that just won't cooperate).

Even though it had rubber inserts on the handles, the edges, which had no rubber were sharp and hurt our hands. I do not recommend this nut cracker.
