Product Description

Newdeli Plywood Carrier

Newdeli Plywood Carrier Tool - Clamping Thickness up to 3/4 inch

This is a unique construction tool that allows 1 person to lift and carry heavy panels (such as plywood, particle board, drywall, melamine, tempered glass, and granite) from the top, greatly reducing strain and greatly reducing the risk of back, neck, shoulder, arm and hand injuries. The gripper works by clamping the top of the material, creating a sturdy temporary handle for the person carrying it. It allows users to straighten their backs as they lift and move them, eliminating the requirement to bend over to drill into the bottom, thus avoiding the all-too-familiar sprained backs and pain of construction workers and do-it-yourselfers. Rubber grip mats mounted on both panels protect the surface of the material from damage or vandalism. The leverage created by the weight of the panels and the unique jaws of the panel brackets makes it easy for 1 person to operate.

We move full size (4x8) sheets of plastic using these. At first I was a little skeptical because plastic can be a bit slippery but these things work very well. Highly recommended them.

It is easier to use since you lift from the top of the sheet. Easier to clamp on and move to a balance point and easier to lift with.

I had to move 32 sheets of drywall form outside to the safety of inside. I'm 110lbs at 60yrs old and this amazing tool made it possible for me to move it all alone. I highly recommend it. Just keep an eye on the rubber grip, it started pulling away and it definitely a part of the handle that I think is necessary.

The only reason for 4 stars is that the rubber could be better. This only worked for me on Plywood and could not grip MDF at all, which was a bummer. The Kregg looked like it had a better rubberized grip, but I haven't tried it. I haven't used it on sheetrock as I'm a woodworker. There are many types of these out there, but I can honestly say after moving a ton of 4'x8' sheets yesterday that it made the job super easy by myself and saved my back.

Older guy here working alone on DIY project and this made it easy to transport drywall and plywood from truck to site. Saves your back and gives you plenty of leverage. Good solid tool.

I purchased this plywood carrier to carry plywood, drywall, and other large panels when nobody was around to help. However, when I received the plywood carrier and saw how it would work, I quickly realized that I would not be able to carry a 75-pound 3/4-inch plywood panel by myself using this carrier. It might work for lighter weight panels, but I never tried it. I sent it back.

I found this device very helpful carrying 12 ft long dry wall sheets. I needed to maneuver several sheets thru tight corners, doorways and on and off my truck by myself . The biggest benefit came when loading the sheets on the drywall lift for doing ceilings. It did the trick for lifting

As a female do-it-yourselfer, I don't always have an extra hand around to help move/lift things that are awkward. This little fellow is a game changer! I can now easily carry 4x8 sheets of plywood, plexi whatever I need with this gadget. I cannot believe how handy it is and I would not hesitate getting it if you do a lot of work by yourself. Now if they would only make something to hold panels up vertically. I'm sure there is but I haven't really looked for that yet ;p

Just to move 4x8 panels around, this grip is very helpful. But to go up or down stairs, it's not easy to give it the right angle. I prefer the orange handle that you place under the panel.

Worked very well and made a huge difference being able to easily carry a few dozen sheets into the basement! Secured well and releases easily. Did not have a single sheet fall off or even feel unsecure.
