Real nice packaging but the switch didn't work at all. Brake lights stuck on all the time despite adjusting and fine tuning pedal contact.It may just be a peice of black plastic with no components inside.What a waste.

Unfortunately the part is DOA. After installed it when I applied the brake, there is no lights, had to replaced it with my defective one that is intermittent. I cannot return it because I used the section that mounts to the bracket.
