Easy bolt up, but it does not come with exhaust studs or head nuts. Valves need to be adjusted before install.

Received product finally had time to install on bike but cam sprocket cover has huge hole in it now I gotta spend more money for a new one. Yea product is good. But when you receive a box that’s in good condition and doesn’t look like it was dropped or thrown during transit shows it was just shipped from manufacture defective. Would love if they just send another cover other than having to disassemble whole top end then have to redo it all over again.

Item arrived damaged on exterior. Not sure if it was shipped like this or it happened in transit. Make sure you check every part for cracks

I first bought this kit for my 70cc dirtbike and it came with a few small scratches and i did not care to much about it, it has about 10 hours of drive time on it and is still running strong so i decided to buy a second kit for my other 70cc dirtbike that needed top end work. The second cylinder head came with Alot of chips and scratches all around, the matting surfaces had to be sanded vigorously in order for nothing to leak. Do not recommend this kit unless you are willing to put some elbow grease into fixing the terrible packaging mistakes/ cheap casting marks. Also about 80% of the gaskets that come with the kit have rips and creases in them so i recommend buying a separate gasket kit so you dont have to deal with the oil leaks like me lol. Hope this helps.

Engine had no compression when assembled due to BOTH VALVES being bent. Spent hours trying to get it to start before taking it apart and figuring out the problem. So stupid!Put my old head back on and it ran great. So the cylinder/piston is fine, luckily…
