Thanks to a YouTube video, this new window motor was relatively easy to install and performs flawlessly. Such a cheap fix when the auto shop wanted to charge hundreds to fix a broken power window motor. Now my passengers can roll down the window again. If you want to install one of these, save yourself some pain and search for YouTube videos first. Also be sure to buy a set of plastic trim tools to make it easier to pop off the various internal door panels you need to remove when taking out the old glass/motor and replacing it.This item was relatively inexpensive so it was worth it to me to see if we could fix this at home before committing to the huge $ at the shop. Much to my surprise it worked just as planned, and even without multiple trips to the auto supply store and Home Depot for tools! That almost never happens, but once in a great while it does. THANK YOU for making this product available!

Great deal and works great. I did not need to replace the regulator even after being recommended to get one. It is slightly faster than my oem driver side window when I pull both down at the same time. The motor sounds a little different/louder from oem too so it’s obviously not exact oem spec but still worth the value and price. It’s been about a month and is still working perfectly fine.

This unit was easy to install and was cheaper than the OEM from Toyota and does the job.The only reason I knocked a star off of the review, was that it was not an exact match for the OEM.The rubber seal where the electrical connection plugs in was smaller than the OEM and did not seal properly around the hole in the door. I worry that this will cause premature issues with the motor due to the potential of water getting into the connection. So far so good tho.

Easy install in my 2006 Toyota Highlander Follow the YouTube video from "DIY & Life Skills" , it's the best I've found. Very clear video leaves no guesswork. The product itself comes with no documentation. If this fails to be a perfect replacement, I will update the review.

Replaced the passenger side window motor in an older Rav4. This is an exact match to the OEM and works well.

I was slightly skeptical at first because of how inexpensive it was. However, it was extremely easy to install and it works like a charm. It is an exact 1 for 1 swap with no modifications needed. If I would’ve known it was going to be this easy to fix I would’ve done it 6 years ago when it stopped working. Highly recommend it.

Toyota Highlander 2004. My window motors on my front passenger side and my back passenger side were going bad. Front was worse, but back was starting to stall on going up. I followed the several youtube videos on this DIY project. The front was easier to install, but I managed to do both on my own. And they both work perfectly afterwards!
