Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I bought these for extra support on a 16' deep v fishing boat. I bought a custom made cover when the boat was purchased in 1997 and I still use it. It has had a few repairs but it's still intact. It only has 2 support poles so I use these for extra support and it did the trick.Happy with the purchase.

The plastic pieces would break and they're hard to get apart once you place the pole together it's like 5 different plastic pieces that just slide on the slippery plastic base also..I'm an upholster And will never purchase these again. Cost me $$$ & time!

They definitely work to help hold up sagging boat covers or any kind of cover for that matter. We use them on our boat. One broke pretty easily. We have bought several to try to get rain water to not pool up on boat cover.

The bases are not weighted and they are narrow so under the weight of the boat cover they are easily toppled. If you use bungee lines to keep them in place, the poles flex and bend over time.But the different segments do allow for a lot of adaptability you can put them in various spots and properly size them for good rain run-off or snow run-off. I'd recommend securing them in place using bungee cords though b/c they aren't going to stay in place on their own they fall over a lot without support. This kit the tops come slotted so i suspect the manufacturer expects you to provide your own supporting lines.

I recently purchased these Boat Cover Support Poles for my 2007 Malibu Wakesetter, and I am extremely pleased with the product. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The quality is top-notch, and they work great in keeping the cover supported and preventing any pooling of water. I have had no issues with them whatsoever and would definitely buy them again. Highly recommend!

Poor quality pipe is not ABS plastic and too thin. Installed first time and two pipes cracked. don’t waste your money.

I like everything about this product besides the base. I thought a bigger base would be great. But once you throw your cover on and go to tighten the cover, for whatever reason the poles have a mind I’d their own & usually starting leaning one way or the other. Then it’s pretty easy to get them knocked over. Maybe a base that keeps the poles from leaning would be great. Other than that, they’re great! I love the adjustability. It’s very easy to get them the right height and to change the height. Very well made/designed. I would recommend these for sure! Just 4 stars because I’d like to see the bottom plate be a bit more sturdy.
