All i can say is unbelievable. The picture speaks a thousand words. The spark plugs just thown in the box. Absolute no care.The person that packed this needs another position. That person does not belong working for Amazon.

Plugs are incorrect, I ordered and the add says R5671-10 I received R5671-8. These are a different heat range. Did not notice until months after ordered.
