I replaced my car's plugs at 105k miles, which is when the maintenance manual suggests it. The idle was getting rough which prompted me to try. The idle is somewhat smoother but I feel the root cause might be elsewhere. My overall mileage has slightly improved by maybe 1 MPG. If you're looking to trace down a rough idle, you can't get much better on price. The plugs are all easily accessible, too. I attached photos of the packing (black wrap, single box, then individual boxes within), and a comparison of the original plugs versus the new.

Works great for my 2020 KIA Sorento. They come pre-gapped for easy install. Gained one mile per gallon improvement, I went 110,000 before changing. Watch YouTube video, very easy to install them.
