Very good product. It has worked as advertised and as expected. There were just some minor issues during configuration, but their support team was able to help us (Thanks, Ray). As an opportunity for improvement, I wish there were an option to configure multiple admins with different roles for the same company/site.

I just purchased the TC2. Setup isn't terrible, but I did have to call the help line to finish everything (no wait time!). This was a good thing because Joseph (thick Indian accent) showed me the ins and outs really quickly. So far it looks like this does everything I need for my small business. It tracks all the punches with RFID cards, totals the times per pay period, and lets you amend the timesheet when you need to. Best part is..... there is NO Monthly cost!

I bought this for our small business thinking it would be a sure way to upgrade the old school paper time clock. This however is proving to be worth more trouble than it's worth. I'm in the USA and the time zone options don't list anything for the East Coast. Second, I can't figure out how to clock out. It simply states duplicate punch over and over again. We opted for the cards. When I registered them to an employee the cloud is showing some names are not linked but the actual machine shows they are. When setting up the timecards and linking employees to it, it only is allowing for 10 to be linked and we have well above that. Based on the videos and descriptions I thought the setup would be a lot easier than it is. I think I might be returning this item and the additional cards purchased.

I got this product to reduce time clock cost. So far it has a lot of features that makes my life less stressful in terms of tracking and downloading time data. However, I was most impressed by the level of customer service that I received to set it up from Ray. He was most helpful, knowledgeable and walked me through the process as I am not too internet savvy. Definitely would recommend this product!!!
