Premium Aluminum Drivers + Dolby ATMOS
The Media Series uses NHT specific aluminum drivers to provide incredible detail, powerful dynamics, and pinpoint imaging for music reproduction or home theater.
All Media Series Speakers include up-firing Dolby ATMOS drivers so you can easily integrate ATMOS height channels into your home theater without needing the addition of in-ceiling speakers.
Sealed Box (Acoustic Suspension) Design
Every current NHT speaker uses an acoustic suspension speaker design, which means that the speakers have no ports or holes. This superior technique means all NHT bookshelf speaker will offer easy placement in your room, low distortion for fatigue free listening, reliable and accurate operation, as well as easy blending in making exciting and dynamic full-range systems.
7 Coats of Hand Polished Paint + 2 Coats of Clear Coat Lacquer Finish
Each Media Series speaker gets the same 7 layer, hand polished, high-gloss paint followed by 2 clear coats of lacquer providing easy care and long lasting beauty.
5-way Nickel Plated Binding Posts
NHT speakers come equipped with professional grade, nickel plated 5-way binding posts so that you can use banana plugs, bare wire, or spade lugs to connect your speakers.

I've been using NHT speakers since the 1990s. This speaker doesn't disappoint.When configuring the Atmos setup, please remember that the ceiling measurement is from the top of the speaker to the ceiling. It is not your ceiling height. While I find most of the Atmos height effects are very subtle, they are there and it does make a difference.Good job NHT.

I bought 2 of these back in December of 2019 for less than what 1 of them costs now. I can tell you that i got a deal and got a steal because these are amazing. They are worth the price they are going for now, and had I not got them at the price I bought them for, I can still see why the price ia so much higher now. They were exactly what I was looking for to finish off my 4 Atmos speaker configuration, and believe me when I say 4 Atmos speakers are better than 2. You are amazed when you have 2 because you dont realize how much more you are missing until you add 2 more. Go ahead and get a pair of these. Maybe see if the price will go back down during a sale, either way you wont be disappointed
